Complaints Received

Most complaints against BetChain, besides the usual BetChain scam accusations, are regarding players having trouble receiving their withdrawals. They appear to have a one-day average response time to complaints, with resolution in an average of five days. 

However, there is one complaint from several years ago that doesn’t appear to have been resolved. The player won a large amount and then his account was disabled so he couldn’t withdraw his winnings. 

The casino stated that this was due to the player breaking the terms and conditions by developing strategies aimed at gaining unfair winnings. This case may or may not have been resolved privately. However, the fact that all the other complaints were resolved quickly and fairly tells me that BetChain takes complaints seriously and does its best to manage them properly.

I was pleased overall with BetChain’s site and the experience. I’ll go into more details below.

The platform is organized nicely. Everything is easy to find right from the main page, either using the menus at the top of the page or the additional list of pages at the bottom of the page. 

I always appreciate an easy-to-locate search bar and BetChain has one right near the top of the page so you can search for specific games. I also like that you can sort by popular games or alphabetically, as well as by game provider.

It’s like everything that BetChain does, they do with ease of use in mind.
 

Design and Appearance

While the design isn’t particularly unique, I do like that it is colorful without being overly flashy. Some casino sites can give you a headache with everything they have going on when you see the homepage. Thankfully, this isn’t one of those sites. 

The color scheme is nice as well. It’s not dark and dreary but also not overly bright and “in your face”. It’s comfortable and attractive. 
 

The mobile site for BetChain is well done too. The gameplay is clear and smooth on both the mobile and the computer site. This means you can easily play anywhere you want.

Once that is selected you’ll be asked what the topic of your question is, just in case it’s in their database already and they can supply you with a quick answer. If not, you’ll be put “on hold” until a customer service rep can speak to you. I only waited for a couple of minutes. My chat agent was courteous and helpful. 

I can’t say how the email service was, but considering how fast the chat was, I feel like email would be prompt as well.
